Whats the best way to clean up cat wee?

I am in the UK and was wondering what the best product is to buy to make sure I have disinfected an area properly after a cat has pee'd there as I parked my babies pram in the garden after taking her out for a bit and a cat has weed up the back of it and I am very scared about the health warnings to do with cat wee and children?
