Babysitting for 5...2 with autism?

I have babysat before, but the family I'm going to start sitting for has 5 kids. There are two girls and three boys. The girls are 9 and 7. The boys are 3, 3, and 3months. Two of the little boys have autism and I've only babysat one autistic kid, but multiple times. Any tips or warnings?
