Is it safe to use promethazine with an epipen?

I had my wisdom teeth removed on Friday and was prescribed promethazine for nausea. Today, after taking that, my dust allergy acted up and I took benadryl along with my epipen. Is this safe? I didn't see any warnings on either medication. Thanks for any help.
