Any legal action for not posting weight limit on air mattress?

Im a good sized man (280 lbs). I have bought a air mattress to use in the pool. After about 10-20 minutes of being on the mattress, it burst. I can not swim, so i was in three foot deep water, so i could easily stand up, but now I don't feel comfortable with flotation devices anymore. I have looked the mattress and its packaging over and the only three warnings were "recommended for ages 14+""Not intended as a life saving device." and "Do not allow children to play with plastic bag."
