Who rode Pegasus into the sun?

I think this guy rode Pegasus into the sun against his father's wishes & warnings. He did not listen to his dad & rode him into the sun anyway, causing the horse to melt wax & feathers or something? Does anyone know what I am talking about???? Who rode the winged horse into the sun when he was not supposed to?
