I got 1 week to burn and gain muscle!?

if you think the coldness will make you loose calories then everybody will move to Antarctica! listen, the push ups and sit ups are good, add chin ups and push ups, sleep at 10p.m wake up at 7 a.m, eat healthy, cold stuff has calories...what about ice cream, chocolate, etc. Your not going to be superman in a week, but u can be toned, endurance is important, so running will help with that
