Do the new, graphic FDA warnings on cigarettes show a government that is getting downright childish?

Coming soon, pictures of Grandpa Smoker with an oxygen mask, a dude with a hole in his throat, etc. Do bureaucrats really think smokers simply don't know the risks of smoking? I say grow up, you little scamps at the FDA.
